Refund Policy(City Speakeasy Risk-Free Enrollment Guarantee)
We give every class our City Speakeasy Enrollment Guarantee - that you will absolutely love it or your money back! Our Class Cancellation/Transfer and Refund Policy is as follows: You have 6 business days after the first class to cancel or transfer classes for a full refund*. After this period no refunds will be given.
*Full refund with return of unused Textbook and Immersion Guide. If the books are not returned, we will reduce $40 from your refund.
Class Minimum Enrollment Policy
We want your group class experience to be the very best, so our classes have a minimum of 6 students in order to run. In the case of a class not meeting the student minimum, we will inform you 2 days before your class' scheduled start date and auto-enroll you in the next upcoming date for that specific class. If this an issue, you must contact us at hello@CitySpeakeasy.com and we provide other options, such as convert your tuition into private lesson time or refund you in full. *NOTE: In the case where 2 classes in a row are cancelled, we will automatically refund you in full. This is a very rare occurrence, but something that can happen.
Class Transfer Policy
If after the first class you realize you’re in the wrong level or would like to move class days, please email hello@CitySpeakeasy.com and we will do our best to accommodate moving you to a new class. Transferring you is dependent on class capacity and minimum enrollments: We will be unable to move you if the destination class is full or if it will bring your current class' student enrollment under the required minimum(6). We have this policy in place to assure the highest quality class experience for all students. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
Semester Transfer Policy
If you would like to transfer to a class in a different semester, we can move you under 3 conditions:
1. Your current semester must be before week 3.
2. You must pay a $60 transfer fee.
3. There must be enough room in the class you are requesting to move into to accommodate you.
Please email hello@CitySpeakeasy.com and we will do our best to accommodate moving you to a new semester.
Private Lesson Cancellation Policy
You must cancel 24 or more hours before your scheduled lesson in order to reschedule. Our management and teachers need time to coordinate these private lessons, so any time within 24 hours will be non-refundable. Thanks for your understanding!

There are Additional Fees to travel to your location:

Additionally, our proprietary “Absent & Review” packets are available in your Student Dashboard library. This assures you'll have access and the ability to practice everything you missed in class. On top of that, you will have access to your teacher’s and classmates’ emails so you can freely email the teacher and/or students with questions or ask for help. If you still need help getting back up to speed, we offer current students discounted private lessons.
